The Pilates videos have been added to youtube such that our clients at Complete Wellness Physiotherapy Kalamunda have a database of exercises to refer to.



I would like to stress that these exercises are not to be performed in any sequence (unlike a floor Pilates class). As clinicians, we will generally prescribe only one or two home exercises, which compliment the work done in our clinic. 


For members of the public accessing these videos, it is important that you don't do these exercises at home until you have sought professional advice from a clinical Pilates trained physiotherapist.
