If my body actually want to eat a lot in the morning, how come I'm not hungry ? Food does not taste good in the morning, and I struggle to eat even a yogurt. But later at the day/evening food tastes a lot better, and I get hungry. I know I'm far from the only one feeling this way, so why ? Is it because of habit, or is my body working against it self ?

What I learned from this documentary
1-Sleep till 11 am..
2-Study in the afternoon
3-Don't eat a lot during the night
4-You will likely die between 2-4 a.m
And our society still does everything against our biological clock
