  • How do you apply it to the screen when its so sticky. I noticed your print was not straight up and down. That looks so sticking it looks hard to place down straight.

  • @alphasxsignal Yes it is sticky, so I started laying the vinyl (sticky side up) on the shirt where I wanted the design and then placed my screen down over it. This made it a lot faster and I didn't have to do any adjusting to the screen when I put it in the silver press..

  • @craftysansan hello , good job , i want just to know what kind of paint you have

  • @chaoui001 Matsui RC301 is a water based screen printing ink was used on this, and 110 mesh.

  • very informative. i have a vinyl cutter for stenciling but want to do more detail so i'm going to get into silk screening. its nice to know i can use some of my stencils for silk screening. thanks.

  • I LOVE RYONET

  • @craftysansan thank you for the informative video :)

  • @craftysansan But we have carefully cleaned and reused after it has dried a of times and run another time :-)

The vinyl will react to water, but will dry. Same tip for applying to car paint or glass. Just water and a drop of soap will make a slip agent for placement of the vinyl then squeegee and dry.

  • @craftysansan oops hit the wrong key emulsion instead of vinyl
