Early season goose hunt in Connecticut, great shooting, lots of geese. This was a monday morning, I signed the kid into school 1 hour late at 8:38, he wants to do this every morning! Our early season allows each man to kill 15 geese per day and the guns do NOT have to be pluged. Our 2nd season starts October 14th with a bag limit of just 3 geese, cant wait for that.

  • This is kind of a stupid question but what do you do with the geese. I know killing them is allowed for population control but do you guys eat them after you kill them or is it just for sport that you do it.

  • @VK2991 We dont kill anything we cant eat like almost all hunters despite what the anti hunters may tell you.

  • @ctgolfer Okay that's cool I respect that. I thought it was messed up to kill just for fun but killing for food in my opinion is completely natural. I wish I could go hunting some day.
