loghain simply was protecting his daughter's place in ferelden. the Arl, was suggesting to King Cailin that he have her removed because she wasnt making any babies. loghain wanted to protect his own rights and decided to kill off the king and the Arl. But is he insane? did he know the blight would spread all over ferelden? if that guy didnt kill all the couslands maybe he would have gotten away with it. but, the idiot started killing nobles and taking all their badges early on.

This is when I got really involved in Dragon Age and felt an urge to finish the game, just to f*cking kill that bastard. I swear I have never felt such a deep feeling of hatred for a fictional character. Add that to those Loghain cut scenes in the middle of the game and oh boy...
I was SO pumped up to finish all the quests and kill him, you have no idea.
