  • I think they exluded this song because although this one suits Pechik's political obsession but Now I Have Everything expands the character beyond just politics showing his more human side.

  • @kingofkards91

That's true I never thought of it that way. Hmm.

  • this wasnt in the film. wtf?

  • @eragonsdolphins

They were going to put it in the film but changed their mind and dropped the song.

  • how sad....perchek(sp?) never gets a chance to sing in the movie :(

  • @eragonsdolphins

It is sad. It's not like Paul Micheal Glaser has a bad voice. Oh well. =/

  • @mantiXcore I love this song however I think I do understand why they cut it from the movie. He sings here that he will soon see hodel and they will be happy etc. and we know that they shall be together soon. But in the movie when Hodel waits for her train she is going to an unknown place and we don't know what will happen to her, which I guess makes the scene more dramatic.

  • @DarthKreeg, are you insane? that's just sewer talk.

  • Myeh, I like Perchik's song from the show better. Maybe this one's just poor quality...

  • This song could be used as a pro gay marriage anthem.

  • "And the first will be last/And the last be first" Sort of a nice, contradictory way of explaining Marxism. Clearly, preference will still exist even if they overthrow the elite.

  • Didn't Paul Glaser have a beautiful voice? Pity it was omitted from the movie - what a stupid thing to do!
