They tried to combine Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter but this game disappointed me a lot when I was a kid. I bought it before Mortal Kombat came out so I though that this would be like taking Street Fighter with me...

Fireball (Back, Down, Front, Punch or Kick)

Jumping Uppercut (Down, Back, Front, Punch)

Shoulder Rush (Front X3, Kick)

Elbow Drop (Same as Bulk's)

Flying Knee (Front, Down, Front, Kick)

Air Throw (when both you and opponent jump towards each other, Front, Punch)

Judo Kick Throw (Close to opponent, Down, Up, Kick)

Shades shares most of Ruoh moves, except Shades can't do Air Throw. And Shades can do stronger Jumping Uppercut by pressing Kick instead of Punch.
