They were not going to stop trying to do so just because they weren't fighting back. In my mind, you SERIOUSLY might as well just let them fight back. Snow was only trying to help them do so...

@narutolrd I came back during Chapter 13 to hit up some the missions, that's when I got most of the CP. Some of the targets for the missions give really good CP that you can't find normally. That's why I figured to just leave Pulse at Chapter 11
