  • @ShellehEre I am naturally flexible, so I could do some oversplit since I was born, and I always had a flexible back, I just kept stretching them.

  • @themindfreak08 If you're talking bout the elbow stand: put your elbows on the ground while facing a wall, then kick up and put your feet on the wall; do it again but put your elbows farther away from the wall, and keep doing it until you can do it by yourself. If you're talking about the flexibility, PM me.
