1:37 KILLER!!! xD

in which tunning are you ?
-
@evilotto77cheese You may be right. I'm using 11-54's (yes, in standard tuning) now and it's already quite tight. It's just that they don't have this hybrid gauge. Otherwise I would've liked to try these Heavy-Cores.

Well if you detune to Drop A# with 10-46s, then it's gonna sound like shit. Thicker strings at a higher tension have more punch in the bass strings but are more mellow in the high strings. Lighter strings are brighter at the same tension, but the bass is lacking compared to the thicker strings at the same tension.

@evilotto77cheese These strings are amazing in Standard!! I recommend these string to anyone. Heavy Core #1

Does it matter what strings you use? I mean for the sound

@xxweaponsxx123 A little bit - if you've got heavier strings then you can downtune more and keep the tightness of the sound, and I think that thicker strings have a bigger, fuller sound anyway

@almzap Yeah I think in standard they might be a bit tight, but try it though and see what you think

@evilotto77cheese Would you play these in standard?

@DuskY1991 It would be a bit unnecessary for standard, I think
