Maggie: *gets up and gets dressed to go to the barn*
(A/n- Her and Emily live together)
Maggie: *about to walk out the door but decides to leave Em a note saying:*
Note: Em-
Its Maggie. I went out to the barn to go ride Vegas. He had some extra energy yesterday, I think itll be good for him to ride today. Call or text me if you need to.

Maggie: *leaves to go to the barn*
*Back with Emily*
Emily: *wakes up, sees the note and reads it* Hm? I wonder if she brought someone with her? No ones supposed to be out there today. Maybe Ill check with Joe. *calls Joe*
Joe: *answers* Hello?
Emily: Hey sorry its so early. Are you with Maggie?
Joe: No. Why? Is something wrong?
Emily: No, of course not. But she went to the barn to ride Vegas cause he was a little up yesterday.
Joe: Ok is that bad?
Emily: Yes and no. No ones there today. Mo took a bunch of the little kids to a show and the helps not coming out till later to feed the boarders
Joe: Em your still not making sense. Why is this so bad?
Emily: Because its the spring and theres still snow falling off the roof. Its one of the 2 things that majorly spooks Vegas. And if hes up then its even worse.
Joe: But Maggie knows what shes doing. She wouldnt ride if she didnt think shed be ok-
Emily: But were talking about Maggie. Shes a risk taker, shell think shes gonna be fine.
[Meanwhile with Maggie and Vegas]
Maggie: Hey V. *starts to put his tack on* You gonna be a good boy today? I gotta get some of your energy out!
*15 minutes later*
Maggie: Ok V you gotta behave today. Hm. Maybe Ill lunge you first? *lunges him a little and then gets on and starts riding.
[With Emily and Joe on the phone]
Joe: Em. I bet shell be fine.
Emily: Please Joe I can feel somethings wrong!
Joe: Do you want to go out there?
Emily: YES! So come pick me up!
[ Back with Maggie]
Maggie: *riding Vegas and everythings been going well* See Vegas nothings gonna happen! *starts to walk around* Nothings gonna hurt you.
*snow falls off the roof and crashes right near Maggie*
Vegas: *freaks out and starts galloping around the ring*
Maggie: *tries to slow him down*
Vegas: *hears another crash and starts bucking really hard*
Maggie: Shh Vegas your fine!
Vegas: *spins around and bucks at the same time*
Maggie: *looses balance and falls off* Vegas
Vegas: *kicks her and starts to gallop around the ring*
Maggie: *pulls her phone out from her pocket and calls Joe*
[With Joe and Emily in the car]
Joe: *feels his phone vibrate and pulls it out*
Emily: Who is it?
Joe: *looks and sees Maggie calling* Its Maggie. Let me see if shes ok. *answers the phone* Hey Mags is everything alright?
Maggie: *weakly and crying* Joe.... I fell... off of V, the snow spooked him.
Joe: Are you ok?! Did you get him?
Maggie: He kicked me.
Joe: Oh my gosh Maggie. Ok can you get up and try to calm him down.
Maggie: I cant get up. Joe. Hes scared, but hes keeping me company.
Joe: Dont move. Emily and I are coming ok.
Maggie: *softer* Joe. I love you.
Joe: No Maggie! Dont do that! Do not say your goodbyes! Youre going to be fine! The hospitals only 10 minutes from there.
Maggie: Joe you cant carry me
Joe: Shoot ok Maggie Im calling an ambulance.
Maggie: Im so sorry Joe. *drops the phone*
Joe: MAGGIE!!! *hangs up and calls an ambulance*
Emily: *hears him calling for an ambulance* SHE NEEDS AN AMBULANCE?!?!
