4kg of muscle in 4 weeks - watch why! Not everyone should train like this. But you don't need to be huge and jacked. Nor do you need to super fit and conditioned. Male or female, young or old, it doesn't matter. You just need heart!

  • Holla! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my buddy got hot Six pack abs and lost a ton of belly fat with it.

  • @battlebod Have you any experience of hard training? I am guessing not as otherwise you'd appreciate that different people require different rives to get them going, and then keep them at it as things get tough. For some people its a whisper in their ear, for others its a lot of noise. All that counts is finding out what works for the individual.

  • @Michel0555 Nope. What you do is bark and shout at the trainee to teach him how to maintain form when he is tired and wants a shortcut.

  • what a bitch

  • FFS Talk about OTT drama queens. Could you imagine these guys giving birth if they could. We'd need an epidural just to get through their screaming.

  • So you just have to keep going even when your form gets sloppy

  • LOL

  • @blades1892 yeah it would suck working your ass off and getting awesome results. How uncomfortable your willing to get will determine the results.

  • Way to push through but anyone else notice the crap form on the leg press? That guy's gonna blow out a knee he keeps doing them like that!

  • @PreludeianGT For something like this I don't really think in terms of max weight %s. It is all about the feel, and getting him to pump as much blood into a muscle as possible. You could trash the chest in a similar way, but with lower time under tension, and I'd be even more sparing with that type of training for the upper body unless the trainee was very advanced.
