(speechless).. maybe the best version of this piece..
-
I like it better slower, this is much faster than the original Erlking piece by Schubert.

Wow! The speed's great! Love it more than Hilary Hahn's. And he has nice fingers

Hát igen! Ezt ígykell játszani.Ítt van tónus.technika,előadásmód,temp
eramentum. Ezt a darabot mások megközelitőleg sem tudják így jászani.

I like it slower, but still, absolutely astounding!!!!!
-
:D Look at the violinists face at the beginning :D Mr. Baráti says: there comes an easy piece, Schubert-Ernst: Der Erlkönig :d PRICELESS
-
@imparadoxical It's faster, more tension, more excitement, more fervor. You can hear the very mood and anxiety of the piece. Hahn's is technically perfect, but it's just to bland and one-dimensional for my liking.
-
@ItzhakRoxMySox yeap... Im just giving out my opinion and if you think hahn's better that's fine with me, but looking from the way Kristof plays, he's interpretation isnt as amazing as Hahn's
-
@imparadoxical You call THIS boring, and call Hahn's better? Hahn is the definition of boring on this piece.
-
Markáns hang,kitűnő technika,nagyszerü dinamika,pompás
ehhez a darabhoz illő,szenvedélyes előadásmód.
Itt még a "nevek" közül is sokan alulmaradnának.

boring.... Hahn's better

what kind of violin does he have? Is it a stradivari?

It's a Stradivary, "Lady Harmsworth, 1703."
