Decoding the 2012 Apocalypse (BF3+Lecture)

Been in a bit of a YouTube slump lately and decided to make a video about an intersecting topic. The amount of times I've heard the words "2012" and "apocalypse" said to me in the same sentence is absurd and wanted to set the record straight about what I think the "apocalypse" is really about.

Might do more of these "lecture" vids in the future but I guarantee my next vid will be BF3 related.

@TheUltraluke Well the Mesoamerican long calendar is commonly called the “Mayan calendar” even though it wasn’t invented by the Mayans. The Mayan version of the calendar is called the “Haab”. The calendar has nothing to do with an a “apocalypse” it’s just what it was made out to be.

Good video and discussion. Great take on one aspect of human psychology too with regards to belief. Of course fear is a control mechanism and is used and abused on a massive level.

People are becoming more educated these days and know how to help the world and understand it, so don't need fear or superstition to be controlled.

The 21/12/2012 believers are missing a few brain cells though. I'm laughing now at this nibiru crap and will be afterwards.
