$20 a month?....$240 a year?...FUCK THAT SHIT !....I'm about to move into a house with ZERO bars...How soon can I get released from my contract?

This video doesn't cover the actual basics of how the device works, and tosses around acronyms as if they are known and understand by all. It's more useful as a step-by-step procedural guide than for a real understanding of the technology involved.
OK maybe someone can fill me in because I don't get it. I have been having a ton of problems with my signal for my Overdrive. They sent me this saying this would fix my problem. I was told I could hook my Overdrive to this and get a better signal. But now it seems I need an ISP other than Sprint for this to work. Well if I had another ISP why would I care about my Overdrive signal being weak...? I just wouldn't use it. I don't have any other ISP but Sprint. am I missing something here?

@Keyo717 Yea it doesn't do anything without a home wired connection. It would be ridiculous to connect the Airvana to your home wired connection then have the Overdrive pull a signal off that and go to your laptop.
How do they not understand that if you had Internet at home you wouldn't need the Overdrive there?

question do you have a static ip? i have an airvana and cant get it to work

@driver308 Yea, the IP is static -- but the problem is usually due to the GPS signal being weak, not the Internet. What lights are flashing?

Funny how Sprint can make you pay extra to use the modem and router you pay your cable company to put a signal through.

@JoeRnCT Yea, that's the one thing T-mobile had going for it.... free WiFi calling was nice.
