Looks like somebody's gimp...probably is(!) In any case he knows nothing about training:- what's the point in enhancing a lactic acid build up while doing resistance training. If your going to build muscle then do just that. If what you want to do is create the effect verload in a fighting scenario - then spar ASSHOLE! Don't wrestle weights with gass masks. By the way you need to bulk those chicken legs if you ever want to win a fight.

@majoren65 Its to lower oxygen levels for his body so its like training at a higher altitude, so his body can cope with lower oxygen levels and during a fight in higher oxygen environment he can preform much better
