god, i still have masters of the universe limited series (dc comics btw)
and supes got fucking dumped by adam. also, arion. face it kids, superman was co-opted from siegal and schuster years ago. like, before i was born.

you know, not a lot of people probably know this, but he-man beat superman. in d.c. comics. in their own comics. 50% of people probably don't know superman has two weaknesses. 3, i guess, if you count his mind. anyways, 1. kryptonite. 2. magic. and, he-man, being magic, smacked him down.
