That is a Dodge Charger, the engine is mounted front to back as a rear wheel drive car should be. The rear passenger doors are typical Dodge Charger doors. The owner probably had it burned so they wouldn't have to make payments on a piece of shit that Dodge calls an automobile.

Sorry to tell you but you made quite a few mistakes on Aqueduct Bridge, the Water Tower and the ramp from the HRD leading to the GWB.

That green ramp that goes over the Alexander Hamilton Bridge and connects to the Washington (181st St.) Bridge was built well before 1962. It originally was accessed from the 178th St. tunnel, the predecessor of today's Trans-Manhattan Expressway (I-95 under the apartments). Likewise, the viaduct that goes down to the Harlem River Drive is also a lot older than the Alexander Hamilton Bridge.

That burned out car- either a Dodge Avenger or a Dodge Charger. Both are pretty similar but I would probably lean towards the Avenger because it appears to be a little smaller overall.
