The woman-dressed-as-a-man chased after (what she perceived to be) an attractive woman - so we have a woman attracted to women. We also have a man dressed as a woman, presumably to entice men. I.e., they're both gay, even though they end up lusting after someone who ends up being of the opposite sex. Oh, Campari, you clever thing.

It's a gay commercial because the girl dressed like a guy to get with girls, and the guy dressed like a girl to get with guys.
