This is a video response to Lipopilot's Twitvid question about the angle of thrust on his S-28 Shadow delta jet.

I turns out down thrust may be the answer...

  • The problem was corrected with 3 degress up on my S-28, I think this came from my airfoil being very different then yours. As I have learned each Delta is different. Glad you tips from my shows. Thanks.

  • @LIPOPILOT Cool dude, yeah exactly. I'm glad you got it flying just right. I was really struck by how similar our planes are; I rarely see a full fuse pure triangle delta that doesn't go a million miles and hour, so that's why I shared what I did. But there are still a lot of differences. High on the list is I used dollar tree foam lol. But after working with it for a while, I figured out ways of keeping it strong without reinforcement. For instance, I used the warp in it to add dihedral.
