I've got that dvd you mention coming in the mail...hopefully tomorrow! You liked it, huh?
Can you describe it?
I bought Happy's "easy FP Favorites" and it was a little too much for me...I'll come back to it after "De-Mystifying.."

Happy is a Young Man in this one. You are all very correct. Happy is a Great Player and Teacher. I have learned more from his Videos that any other way. He is very good with the 12 string too. I also like Stefan Grossman

By far the BEST guitar instructor out there.
Great teacher and great player! And by all appearances a very nice man, too. Sad to hear about the passing of his brother. I've just begun working through HT's "Easy Steps to Guitar Fingerpicking: Demystifying Alternate Thumb Style." It is as advertised. It's nice to be able to support a business that is so obvioiusly motivated by love of the music.

He played banjo and guitar on Dylan's 1973 recordings of You Aint Going Nowhere, Down in the Flood, Quinn the Eskimo AND perhaps on a few unreleased gems that we may, one day, see.
Happy Traum is an excellent musician, singer, and teacher in his own right. From iTunes, I have purchased every song by him, and his brother Artie. Anyone catch last summer's live performance here on YouTube? He is a gem!
