dude how much did u way when you started this program and did you fallow the diet plan throughly and did you start out with a high set of weights or wat and did you increase the set of weights u were doing if that makes sense ???

Did, u skip any days? or did u just keep the intensity everyday?

I kept the intensity consistent throughout the 90 days. There were 3 days where I was too sick to workout but there's nothing you can do about that. Learn how to workout at a high level and sooner or later it'll become habitual. What you want to get out of this program, you first must put into it. Hope that helps!

after my weight lifting, but shakes aren't essential..concentrate more on proper nutrition because that's what's going to make the difference
