What really happened is you changed your eating style to a more balanced diet that had a calorie load compatible with your lifestyle. The pH balancing nonsense is just marketing. You'd have gotten the same results from Richard Simmons, the difference being Simmons doesn't lie to you to get you to go on a diet.

@halleyscomet Yes, it is true that Kevin Trudeau once went to jail. I bought his book 6 years ago "natural cures" and it is one of the first things he talks about. But, in all honestly, that book is priceless. It was ahead of it's time, and has helped me a great deal. I lost 65 pounds after trying for 10 years, largely by applying the PH balancing principle that he mentions. (not by buying any supplements etc. ) Sincerely....Scott

His research at the cellular level confirms the validity of Dr. Coldwell's approach; change the environment to a healthy one, and disease goes away. Much simpler than the current western medical approaches.
