If you have ever tried to do anything at all business related in Los Angeles county you would know exactly why very few business owners would try to establish themselves there. I am not saying that we should be like China where an industrial worker gets payed slave wages or that we should dump our waste indescrimenately. There is, however, a line where a corparation or a small business owner will say "no way this is too hard lets try this somewhere else". LA is way beyond that line.
