@Bahira1001 Hi Bahira, thank you! The DVD can be used for different levels, as it explains the basics of different shimmy techniques but also offers optional arm movements and layering excercises on top of the shimmy drills. It can also be useful for teachers who are interested in the different ways to teach different types of shimmies as well. Hope this helps!
