Protectron Falls Down

I noticed this little glitch the first time I played through the game but didn't have the means to record a video; but it seems that it happens every time you enter the Mechanist's forge and activate the protectrons there.

Oh, uhhhh, can I still get in that room even after I let the Antagonizer go, infultrated the farge, went into mechanist's room and didnt find him, clear the area of sentry bots, turrets, and robobrains.......

I don't see why not. Unless you activate the computer system in the area shown in the video, the protectrons just remain in their tubes.

Yeah, But I BELIEVE I swept clean all the robots in the area, what room is this in?

That's actually a game design element of the level. Several of the terminals say something to the effect of the protectrons falling like that.
