it be louder if the cone wasn't solid on the cardboard and could move freely so it could play bass and jump. but well done!

It's best with neodymium magnets

play with the location of the wires along the magnet, like raise the wires up or lower them, itll make a big difference depending on how tight your wires are wrapped and how strong the magnet is...

ive done this before in school mines was a little louder btw still nice & finally a real homemade speaker good job
