@Forever Complaining I went back and read those comments from last year which so upset you. Someone was asserting that Joan and Linda were making the same salary (or that Joan was making more) based on things they apparently read from Joan (who is well known to make things up). Linda and John Forsythe both had clauses in their contracts which protected their being paid more than any other actor; it's a common thing for TV contracts.

@ForeverComplaining It's clear you're just arguing to argue, since you are unable to get specific.

If you think my "claims" are baseless, and you want to take issue with them, one would think you could specify at least ONE of them.

But then, you're just 17 years old.

That said, I'll check out page 10-13 to see what we were discussing (over a year ago) but it's becoming apparent that the reason to "hate" my "kind" is not because pretend to be smart, but you're afraid you're NOT.

The cliffhanger itself was relatively well-executed, considering that soaps were not known for their skill in pulling off action sequences (the ringing bells at the end were a nice touch - very haunting). The problem with this storyline was, clearly, the fact that so many characters survived. The plot would have been more credible if the show had used the opportunity to rid itself of more characters like Michael, the King, Claudia and Dominique that didn't have much left to do anyway.

This was a crock.. everybody all played dead? they werent all unconsicous.. Dex and one eyed willie fight a shot goes off and both are laying motionless?

the producers offered sammy jo invite to the wedding in moldavia...but she politly declined...lol imagine the entire cast was nervous with the xception of blake,krystle,alexis, and sammy jo...

@scorpio888 correct John and linda evans were very close in real life and had it written in thier contract that no other actor in the show could be paid more money than either of them and each of them had a faithful clause in their contracts state that the writers could never have either sleep with someone else on the show....this worked because both were main characters on the show.... this is verfied in a tv interview with them somewhere on utube.

@ForeverComplaining No, actually it was ME who was making that point: that getting your data from magazines and gossip -- and stuff you make up -- doesn't qualify as legitimate.
