Crossing the Island of St Vincent

This island, in the country of St. Vincent and the Grenadines (West Indies), is all jungle in its interior, crossed only by clear rivers. This is a record of a hike through the wilderness at the foot of the Suffriere volcano - leading through beautiful sceneries including two canyons and an enchanted forest - ending at a spectacular waterfall - Trinity Falls!

Hey Dr Bare, I recognize the accent anywhere. I was one of your Kingston medical college students, and we did the hike to Mt Soufriere and climbed inside the crater. That was one of my most memorable natural experiences ever. Missing those beautiful sunny Caribbean days...
