McCain no only doesn't have a clue about what really goes on with NCLB, he doesn't know what to do about it or how to improve anything.

basically, mccain says he doesn't think anything should change concerning education and he continues to support bush's no child left behind, which has failed.
yea, i can't wait until the obama/mccain debates.
