  • Best version of this song. It's much better served with this outro than the electronic keyboard outro on the album.

  • @xAbattoir Sorry it blows compared to the Reconstruction Site version. I mean, really, really blows. A song/album with the theme it is about, the only thing 'added' here is to streamline and remove distortions which kinda made the song the song, and fit the lyrics.

  • Also, anyone have the tabs or chords for this?

  • cover the ever-watching nurses camera, so they can have some privacy as they're dying.

In "(Past-Due)", the narrator is flipping through the newspapers to the obituaries, noticing how impersonal they are, not giving the true details about the person that really matter.

    They're all beautiful songs.

    Hope I helped.

Yeah they're all connected, even the lyrics are. They all deal with a terminally ill hospital patient. In "Manifest", the speaker is optimistic towards this person's state. ("I'm permitted one act I can save, I choose to sit here next to you and wave.")

By the time "Hospital Vespers" plays, the person who we have been sitting next to is slowly decaying, and desperately needs to feel the privacy of spirituality. We (The listeners/singer) come to visit the person, and try to 1/2

  • Is it just me, or do this, "Manifest", and "Hospital Vespers" have basically the same sound? Are they connected somehow?

  • Much better acoustic.
