Too bad it's so distorted. Next time try putting a couple of layers of tissue over the camera mic before you record. You'll have to experiment with how much. It sounds like you did a decent job but it's hard to tell with it being so distorted. Hopefully you can con some kind people into investing in a proper audio interface for you. Then you can sync the audio and video after the fact and have better sound quality. Keep it up.
