Puerto Ricans are the only people of Latin America that are AMERICAN CITIZENS. This was since 1917.

If No blacks here of "african decent" can't speak swaheli, I wont get mad. why? Because Its been almost 400 years since they arrived here. Puerto Ricans have arrived here about 40-60 years ago. People still speak spanish so there is no reason to be "Latino" and not know how to fucking speak spanish. That shit is just EMBARASING.
