**Selenas POV**
*Sunday Night*
I live in the state of Texas. Its my sophomore year at Midway High School. I have the most awesome friend anyone could have. I also have straight As in all my work. No one hates me here unlike any other school. Could anything ever ruin such a great life?!
*Next Day (Morning)*
My alarm clock turned off, so I woke up and yawned. I looked at my alarm clock. It said 6:45 am. School starts at 8 am. I got out of bed and got into my bathroom to take a shower.
*15 minutes later*
I put on my favorite shirt along with jeans, a jacket, and my black converse. It felt like a perfect day.
I went downstairs to see my mom and dad sitting down at our dining table. The food was set and my parents just sat there quietly looking at me till I sat down. I took my fork and ate a bite of what was on my plate. It was an omelet. I put my fork down and noticed them. They weren't eating..
This questioned me so much that I just had to ask them what the matter was.
"Is something the matter?"
"Honey, my business company has moved to California and they need me there. We need to move to there immediately. I set a flight for us to move this Saturday," my mom said.
"When did you receive the notice?"
"3 days ago"
"You've gotta be kidding me!?"
"She's not kidding Selena," my dad said.
"I cant believe this."
"You've gotta believe it honey. I'm going to your school later today to talk to your principal," my mom said.
"Why?"
"I need to notify her that your last day will be on Thursday."
"Why not Friday?"
"We need to pack up on that day. As you can see, we haven't even started yet," my dad said.
"Omg, how am I going to tell my best friend this?"
"You've just have to tell her honey. I know she'll understand."
Wow. Just something to ruin a perfect day.
"Come on, I need to go to work soon. Finish up your breakfast," my father said.
I looked at the clock and it said 7:30 am. I knew my father had to work at 8 and his work was about 15 minutes away. Midway High School was only 7 minutes away from my home.
I finished my breakfast and said goodbye to my mother. My father and I went to his car. As we were driving cross the streets, all I could think about is how I can leave my friends. Then, something came to my mind, it was a plan.
