This video seems pretty farce but maybe its a small program, I'm more used to travel channel shows like No reservations, no matter what you think about the show, the fact is, when they visit restaurants they have actual people in them, they dont throw everyone out or come in on a closed day just to do the shot, it gives the show a much more relaxed pace and feels more real than a seemingly paid for advertisement on a signature dish.
