  • Hey Demon, What foam do you use?

    Thanks -Nick

  • @nickekholm Hi Nick! I use two main foams for noses & tails Blue Dow-foam & pink Owens Corning foam. thanks!

  • @F3HDemonDriver Do you ever use Solid Works (Or any other 3D software) to aid in the measurements, fit, etc...? I absolutely love it and was just wondering!

  • @nickekholm If I had the money I would buy a cad foam dremel machine that ran off a pc 3d cad program but its a fortune to make happen. thanks Nick!

  • there patience to handle this business not to mention the urge to scratch his head

  • @helio5mestre Very funny Helio5mestre! I wanted to scratch my head!

  • Awesome.. More straight to the face airliner build tech!! So the hotwire doesn't hang up at all on the epoxy joints between the sheets? Oh, and I think if you created a particle board table with a 90 degree vertical wire coming off it resembling a scroll or band saw, it'll help with the cuts!

  • @F3HDemonDriver actualy i set it right before it glows red, mine didnt burn out.. dont know realy, meaby there is a material diference... i use stainles wire, it was kind of expensive... :S

  • ghtghjvxserthil,,./;..,,

  • @jetcrasher1 I will offer MD-80 parts, and a Kit and a completed version, the Kit will be the cheapest of the three options, the kit will be under 500 bucks, not bad for a 7.4 foot long RC aircraft. thanks again Jetcrasher!
