mlb 2k9 outfield error or bug??

Ok its bottom of the 14th inning against your closest division rival. The tying run was just scored, there are 2 outs and you induce a routine flyball to your left fielder...... On to the 15th inning we go!! Oh wait hold on just 1 second..a routine flyball in this game...can at anytime be stared at by the fielder and will drop right at his feet. Ok so he lost int he lights?? Ok now he dropped it/misplayed it no big deal i still have 2 outs i can get the 3rd out...well wait after he dropped it i throw to 3rd and then the runner starts trying to score from 3rd so i toss it over to home and the ball goes flying over the catchers head into the dugout--- GAME OVER Dodgers win

2k9 pisses me off, i got an error for pitching the ball the batter hits it then hits the pitcher in face then rolls to 3rd and before the ball reaches 3rd base runner gets safe and error

okay listen, the outfielder thing was a BUG, then what the pitcher did was an EROR, it was not a glitch in the game. he simply over threw the catcher witch could happen in real life if the pitcher was shaken up injured or tired. so half of it is a glitch
