The Old Republic Security Question

So I'm currently trying to get through to BioWare so that I can get my account unlocked. Sadly the support center seems to be rather over capacity.

EA did suggest trying this:

but it didn't work =/

OMFG same problem... im in the beta and cant log in because Bioware wont send me my actual answers they told me to reset my password and then go reset them on the website....how am i supposed to do that without my security questions? they are retarded over at Bioware whn it comes to customer support...if you find a way to change them could you please tell me because they are no help and i really dont feel like calling them.

@sLdHavoc Sadly, calling them was the only way I was able to resolve the issue. Bioware did try and suggest resetting my main EA password at the link in the description , but it was to no avail. I really do hope they consider looking at changing that security model before launch, but I doubt it =(

How can I make bio ware contact me via email and get them to send me the security question answer. Cuz I couldn't log in to the web site but I could log in to the game launcher. So that's kinda weird. And now I can't log in not to the launcher and not to the website.

Same thing here. I forgot answer and alI answered some times wrong and I got locked. What I did that I pressed forgot password and then my acc was back. And a thing I played 30 cuz I subscribed and then there is that problem. I wrote a lot of tickets and they just don't answer me. What should I do?
