Now let's just imagine in the perfect world that we have pulled all of our troops (and money) out of every foreign port in the world and we are all home. We are all ready to work and make the North American Continent a better place to live. What issues should we address first? What group of people has been failed the most, ignored the most, and outright abused the most? The number one minority on the continent is most likely people who have been ground through the criminal justice system.

the prison authorities not only allow the prisoners to abuse it each other...they encourage it. they are wicked.
i agree. you don't have to put the people to death who have committed evil crimes...life in prision without parole, and little priveleges, is plenty enough punishment until God takes their lives.
