The Surrey Pipe Band has done this job a couple of times in the past. A lot of standing around in the bitter cold - not good for the fingers!

Look at the wee man bear marching at 1:05-1:08. It takes some serious talent to do that for a long time, lol! I'd be curious to know the title of the opening tune too.
