Yes. Bleach characters, if soul reapers, can't be captains/ seated officers because those are taken. I don't see why people don't get this.

@SakuraSnowtaicho who said they could do better? let me make this clear for you. all this person did was make up a character and then made it to important. 1 if you going to make a character that supposedly exist in an anime then make it minor so it wouldnt effect the story. She is a sister of a lieutenant, captain level, and hitusgaya's lover i find it extremely obnoxious to just make a personal character that important in someone elses story.
