Killingly High School freshmen receives laptops

Killingly High School freshmen receives laptops. Freshmen will finally get their take-home laptops Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2009. The personal computer issue has been discussed and argued about for months. The issue was rejected during the budget season, but the district received a donation last year that allowed the lease of the computers for the freshmen class.

yeah they gave us laptops that we can barely use in regular classes exept right down homework

i'm a sophomore here and i think that its great that my school is doing this, but whats going 2 happen when all the classes other then seniors hav laptops? our teachers will b expecting more because of the underclassmen. honestly i think that they should of started with the sophomores and freshmen...not cuz i am one just in general...it would work out better for the school system.
