yeah, i bet it is, but i also went from the guitar to the sitar,and have found that i like it much more.this guy is incredible.

yup.
the sound comes from the fact that the strings vibrate over flat bone blocks rather than a sharp saddle. the blocks are incredibly fine tuned and adjustable for pitch and buzz.
and incredible instrument and very affordable- if you're willing to sell your house!!

That just so calming and relaxing. It just smooth out the nervers and its sounds great

The guitar almost looks like any normal acoustic, where are those xtra strings that make that sitar sound?..Or does that come out that box?.

no benny...it really is a sitar guitar !!...the sound comes from a longer than normal saddle.......
