For all we know, TD did blow. That could be why we have not seen him lately, he is probably in some room in the blue building, or even in another country while they try to get him back to DM's side in some form. As much as he has been on the forefront of the CO$ calling critics and defectors liars there is no way they will let him out until he either goes psychotic or "commits suicide".
