Blacking out FOIA requested material saying that it would reveal methods and operations of the CIA, NSA, etc. is an absurd excuse. What is blacked out is probative to the theory that the U.S. is covering up ET technology. This is reminiscent of the government withholding information about the JFK assassination. If the withheld information points to the one bullet/one assassin hypothesis, why then hide the information?
