Its seems its been a few years hows Richard doing these days did he get use to his cpap?

he can hold his breath under water for a very long time?

Impossible he can't be "NOT breathing" for 70 seconds whole night, no way this can happen. If that is the case you would automatically wake up as your brain kicks into survival mode. He's got it really serious, this left untreated can cause big health problems, can even cause death.

your father very much needs a CPAP machine, because it really does seem that he has Central Sleep apnea, which is worse than obstructive sleep apnea. You should really try to convince him to do something about it, because it might prove fatal one day

yeah this is horrible. my wife used to tell me i stopped breathing at night and i never really believed her she hated sleeping in the bed with me when we were first married she said it scared the hell out of her. went to the VA today and got my cpap and im so excited to use it tonight. i hope the man in this video has found some relief from this. Im kind of scared it wont work for me
I'm sad to say that he passed away in May 2011. He never tolerated the CPAP mask. His nose had a high bridge and the mask rubbed it raw during his sleep study. He had 3 sleep studies at 2 hospitals, and never finished the study because he would rip the mask off.
In less than a year after this video was taken, he was in a nursing facility with 24 hour care. They were excellent, and found that a medical bed that allowed him to sit up while he slept helped. He always slept flat on his back and n

Hi CATZscamp. Thanks for your comment--this is the video that finally got the doctor to send him to a sleep study. He is in the process of getting a CPAP. THANK GOODNESS!!!
