it depends. The only downside to shivas is you have to have a black light lol....which i dont haha. the glows in my opinion would be more worth it considering they use the sun not a expensive light haha

lol. I'm torn. My local supplier of everything I get is selling glows for $20 and the other two for $15. Which should I get?
