I think the guy in seat shouldnt have tried to pass the mini but on the other hand the mini was moving accross the track which the guy in the seat might not have anticipated especially leading up to the first corner when all the cars are really close.

My verdict - both drivers should be more careful

+1, if ray gets done for what happened to jim, this is almost identical, so the punishment should be given to Xcalibur too, i dont think there should be any punishment what so ever, its touring cars ffs
