Tom Hill Chief Instructor (Goju.co.uk) now 57 Years old, 36 Years experience. Giving a demonstration of 1989 STYLE FITNESS TRAINING: SQUAT THRUSTS & PUSHUPS. TOM WOULD HAVE BEE ABOUT 36 YEARS OLD AT THE TIME APPROX 75 SQUAT THRUSTS AND 55 FULL ON PUSHUPS.   • @enta3omry293 All three, if you improve cardio you automatically improve speed and endurance (stamina). Train Hard fight easy.

    I can only do like 25 reps with perfect form, 30 if I push it hard. Cool demonstration!
