marissa meyer is tracy flick from the movie election.

I loved listening to this - lots of ideas and energy, and she really gets it in terms of what professionals are looking for in working for a company - great approach, especially in learning from users and in encouraging employees to follow up on their best ideas in a flexible way. Anyone who owns stock in Google should hope that she continues with this.
